Original photo taken in Guatemala. Photoshop work done back home in Dallas, TX.
I have been on a Photoshop Space kick lately. With Elon Musk sending a vehicle into Space, I thought I would too.

We are now able to provide you with a 360 video experience. Really great for real estate projects. Allows the user to view the home from top to bottom and side to side. Great for clients who aren’t able to travel to the location.
And – It’s just a fun way to view video, no matter what your content is. Interested? Give us a shout.
I love Adobe Photoshop. What you can do with this program is really magical. I have been using Photoshop for 17 years now and I’m constantly still learning new tricks to enhance photos. Light is a major thing when it comes to photography and video. Here is an example of how adding light changes the whole look and feel to it. Adding fog doesn’t hurt either.
You can see the layer structure below.
Don’t always trust what you see when looking at photos on the internet. Most of the time photos and video are manipulated, color graded and enhanced to get the best look out of the project. It’s not a bad thing, we do it, because we can. Sometimes the creator wants a different look and feel for the mood he/she is trying to get across. In video a lot of producers are shooting in a “flat” color profile. It allows us to manipulate the color and sharpness, rather than fighting with the colors our camera has already applied to footage.
I have some followers that have mentioned they feel cheated when finding out the photos or video have been enhanced. Most of our industry does it. Movies, fashion, photography and even our bodies.
In this photo, I wanted more of a sunset/golden hour look. This photo was taken at noon, so to achieve my look, I had to color grade it.
Another project with Clay Hayner Photography is in the works. Working with Clay is always a great time, mostly outdoors in beautiful destinations and filming lifestyle and healthy living ads.
